Privacy policy

This policy covers the VecteX website. Each of our games has its own privacy policy, linked from the game’s page, and that is the one that applies while you play.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE. Vectex Developments is responsible for the personal data handled through this website. You can reach us at info@vectexdev.com.

WHAT WE COLLECT. As little as we can. This website has no user accounts, no comments and no shop. We only receive personal data when you choose to give it to us, in the two cases below.

LAUNCH NOTICES. If you leave your email on a game’s page to be told when it launches, we store that address together with the game and the date. We use it only to send you that launch notice. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by writing to us. We keep the address until the notice has been sent or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

CONTACT. If you write to us, by email or through the contact form, we use your name, your address and the content of your message to reply and to follow up on your request. We keep the conversation for as long as it takes to handle it.

COOKIES AND ANALYTICS. We use Google Analytics to know how many people visit the website and which pages they read. It is only loaded if you accept it in the cookie notice; if you decline, or do not answer, nothing is loaded. If you accept, it sets the cookies _ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier, which last up to two years. Google LLC processes this data on our behalf and may transfer it outside the European Economic Area under its own safeguards. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not build profiles of our visitors.

SERVICES WE RELY ON. The website runs on a hosting provider that processes technical data, such as your IP address, to deliver the pages and keep them secure. The fonts are served from the website itself, not from third parties. Links to Google Play, Discord and social networks take you to services that have their own privacy policies.

WHO WE SHARE DATA WITH. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone, apart from the providers mentioned above, who need it to run the website, and the authorities when the law requires it.

YOUR RIGHTS. You can ask us for access to your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy of it. Write to info@vectexdev.com and we will answer. If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can also complain to your data protection authority.

CHILDREN. This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data.

CHANGES. If this policy changes, we will publish the new version on this page with its date.
