WHAT THIS WEBSITE IS. An informational website about Vectex Developments and its games. Browsing it is free and requires no account.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. The VecteX name and logo, the names, logos, images and texts of our games, and the rest of the content of this website belong to Vectex Developments or are used with permission. You may link to this website and use our press material to talk about our games. Any other commercial use needs our permission first.

ACCEPTABLE USE. Do not use this website to break the law, to try to gain unauthorised access to it, or to interfere with how it works.

LINKS TO OTHER SITES. This website links to app stores, Discord and social networks. Those services are run by other companies under their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content or their availability.

NO WARRANTY. We try to keep the information here accurate and the website available, but it is provided as is. The release dates and features of games in development may change, and a game may be cancelled.

NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE. Some of our games joke about finance and crypto culture. Nothing on this website or in our games is financial advice, investment advice or a recommendation to buy anything.

CHANGES. We may update these terms. The version in force is always the one published on this page.
